My Mission is to provide an exceptional standard of personalized education that helps students think more clearly, communicate more effectively and achieve at a higher level.

The goal is not simply to help students perform better today, but to equip them to become stronger, more capable, and more independent learners for years to come.

John M. Spafford, M.Ed., began his working life as a 7-year-old working in the strawberry fields and citrus groves of central Florida.

Since then, he has worked in and managed restaurants, trained horses, been a staff reporter and photographer, and served worldwide as a Staff Sergeant in the USAF. After his military service, he continued work as a journalist, award-winning novelist, and playwright.

For the past 20 years, he has worked full time in classrooms ranging from the inner-city of Indianapolis and urban schools in Beech Grove, Indiana, to maximum-security prisons, universities, and the International School in Tirana, Albania.

With degrees in Education, Sociology, and Psychology, he brings his skills and experience to bear to identify student learning needs, provide targeted and effective educational support aligned to standards, and provide the support needed to build confident, lifelong learners.

From language arts to math to science and creative writing, he has a proven track record of helping students to improve their skills and reach their goals.
